I have lots of information for you regarding the week ahead. As always, please contact me if you have any questions.
Graduation Guidance/ Mask Update:
- Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks at Graduation
- Unvaccinated individuals and individuals who have who have an unknown vaccination status must continue to wear masks and maintain six feet of social distancing. Once seated and socially distant, the wearing of the mask becomes optional.
- Vaccination status will be on the honor system.
Tickets are now available and can be picked up in the district office by your senior.
Graduation Day Health Screening Link:
Below is the link for the health screening that needs to be filled out on the day of the graduation. It is in a Google form. Please fill this form out the morning of Graduation prior to 12 pm. Once you have submitted this form (for each guest attending), we will have a record that it is completed. This will allow you faster check-in for the graduation. If you are unable to fill out the screening in advance of the ceremony, a paper copy will be provided on a separate line for admission. Graduates DO NOT need to fill out the Google Form. They can continue using their LiveSafe screening app.
We will be holding a graduation rehearsal for our graduating seniors on Thursday, June 24th at 12pm. The rehearsal for the ceremony will last approximately 45 minute. Following the rehearsal, we will be hosting a lunch for the graduates. Students should plan to be at the school by 11:45am and will meet in the auditorium.
Senior Class Photo & Professional Graduation Photographs:
Due to COVID restrictions earlier this year, we were not able to get our panoramic photo of the Class of 2021. I am excited to announce that the senior class will be taking their class photo, as a group, prior to the graduation ceremony. Students should now plan to arrive on June 25th at 3:15 pm and report to the auditorium in their cap and gowns. The photo will be taken at 3:30pm in the gymnasium. Masks will be worn until it is time to take the picture. Students may remove their mask for the photo, but are not required. Information on ordering the class photo and any graduation photos can be accessed after the ceremony using the link below.
Graduation Ceremony Live Stream:
Please check www.chesterufsd.org for the link to the live stream for the Graduation ceremony. The link will be posted early next week.
