New Student Registration

  • Welcome Parents and Guardians!


    For Elementary School registrations, please contact Mrs. Lys at 845-469-2178 x2202

     and for the Middle/High School registrations contact Mrs. Goodrich at 845-469-2231 x3307.




    Please download and complete the “Registration Packet” and bring the required documentation to the school your child will be attending.  If you cannot download the application, please stop by and pick up a packet at the Main Office of the school your child will be attending.


    Office Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.



    Required Documentation:


                              Registration Packet:  Parent/Guardian must be present at time of registration

                              Proof of Age:  Birth Certificate Original (will be copied) or Passport/Visa

                              Immunization Records:  All students require these records

                 Proof of Residency in District:  Four (4) proofs of residency is required

                                 (See registration packet cover sheet for examples)

     Proof of Custody:  For students not living with natural parent(s) or legal guardian

    Transfer Students:  Most recent report card

     Request for Records Form: signed  

     Special Service Students (only):  IEP Records





    Additional appointments will be scheduled after all documentation is received with the

     Middle School or High School Guidance Counselor.
