RESOLVED:  Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that this Board does hereby ask the Board of Education to consider the following resolution accepting the donation of $500 from Exxon Mobil Corporation to support our effort in Math and Science education and appropriating the $500 gift to help offset the cost of STEM related materials

 

Be it RESOLVED that the Board of Education accepts the donation from Exxon Mobil with our thanks and be it further resolved that the Board of Education increase the 2017-2018 budget by $500 in the appropriation account code A21104500200 “HS Instructional Supplies”, and recognize the estimated revenue of $500 in the account code A2705 “Gifts and Donations”

RESOLVED:  Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that this Board does hereby accept the following:  in order to facilitate the sale and or disposal of old equipment from the Chester Academy the Board of Education needs to declare the items as surplus through resolution:

 

Be it RESOLVED that the Board of Education declares that certain computer equipment, as included in attachment, having exhausted its useful life and function, to be surplus and further directs the District Treasurer to dispose of such equipment in a way that maximizes the return to the District
